Sono state da poco rivelate le nomination agli Academy Awards 2022, annunciate in diretta streaming dagli attori Leslie Jordan, l’indimenticabile Beverley Leslie di Will & Grace e l’attrice Tracee Ellis Ross, figlia di Diana Ross. Nessuna particolare sorpresa a parte l’affollata categoria per Miglior Film, che quest’anno vede ben 10 candidati, e la grande assenza di alcuni nomi che molti invece si aspettavano di vedere come quello di Lady Gaga. Prevedibile la nomination di È stata la Mano di Dio, entrato nella cinquina dei Migliori Film in Lingua Straniera, come è prevedibile che Sorrentino abbia davvero poche chance di portarsi a casa una seconda statuetta, che probabilmente andrà al giapponese Drive My Car. Per conoscere i vincitori dovremmo attendere la cerimonia di domenica 27 marzo.
