Sono state da poco rivelate le nomination degli Academy Awards 2023, annunciate in diretta streaming dagli attori Riz Ahmed e Allison Williams. Sono nuovamente dieci i film in concorso per il titolo di “Best Picture”, dove i blockbuster Avatar e Top Gun si sfideranno con film meno commerciali come Women Talking e All Quiet On the Western Front. Sarà invece una lotta all’ultimo voto nella categorie di Migliore Attrice dove si contenderanno la statuetta Cate Blanchett e Michelle Yeoh e Miglior Attore, titolo in bilico tra Colin Farrell e Austin Butler. Per conoscere i vincitori dovremmo però attendere la cerimonia del 12 marzo, che si terrà al Dolby Theatre di Los Angeles.
